We offer free domestic shipping!

For international orders, delivery fee varies by the destination country. orders over $250.00 get free shipping.

OUR RETURN POLICY

If you need to return your purchase, the merchandise must be sent (or postmarked) within 30 days of the original shipment date in order to receive a full refund/in store credit, unless the item is marked as final sale.

Once we have received your return, your funds will appear in your account after the item(s) is processed.  Processing may take up to 10 business days to be completed. In store credit will be available once we receive the return.

Items marked as FINAL  are not eligible for Returns. If you do not see FINAL then the items are eligible for normal return as long as they meet the criteria below:

• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Merchandise must not have the hygiene sticker removed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Final Sale items cannot not be returned.
• Pelegio monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
